About

Erin began honing her proofreading skills at an early age, routinely proofing and revising her friends' and classmates’ term papers all through secondary school. Rigorous undergraduate and graduate creative writing courses reinforced her abilities, leading to a two-year assignment as assistant poetry editor for Cottonwood Magazine during graduate school. During her tenure as senior production manager at Palgrave Macmillan in New York, she sharpened and formalized her editing skills on a diverse number of works, from light fiction to dense, scholarly monographs.

After fifteen years in publishing, Erin relocated to her hometown of Wichita, Kansas. She immediately set out to travel the western United States, visiting libraries and blogging her experiences along the way in Travelrogue: Touring U.S. Libraries (with tangents into the King Universe). She continues to write about the local library scene, as well as revisiting the works of Stephen King in chronological order. In the meantime, Erin is nearing the completion of her first novel, a serial killing travelogue in which no libraries are harmed.
